Hey hi,
My name is Giovanni Muratori,
but you can call me Gio. I’m an award-winning Creative Director with over 15 years of experience leading global campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
I’m currently Creative Director for Tide at Saatchi & Saatchi New York (since December 2024), where I help shape the brand’s biggest innovations and creative storytelling.
Before that, I served as Creative Director at VML Miami (May–December 2024), leading work for Wendy’s U.S. Hispanic and international markets.
From 2021 to 2024, I was Creative Director at Dentsu Chicago, where I led integrated campaigns for Marriott Hotels, Clorox, 7-Eleven, Oreo, Crayola, T-Mobile, Intel, Eurofarma and more—collaborating closely with teams in New York, Tokyo, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Shanghai.
In 2023, this cross-office collaboration brought home 12 Cannes Lions across three projects for the Dentsu Network: 1 Grand Prix, 2 Gold, 4 Silver, and 5 Bronze, including the first-ever Lions for the Chicago office.
Before Dentsu, I spent a decade at Ogilvy Chicago and Ogilvy São Paulo, contributing to the agencies’ recognition as Ogilvy Chicago Agency of the Year at the Clio Awards (2018) and Ogilvy São Paulo Agency of the Year at Cannes Lions (2013, 3rd place in 2015).
I create 360º concepts across activations, film, print, OOH, social, digital, and apps, always aiming for ideas that deliver results while carrying a purposeful message.
Outside of work, my favorite thing is spending time with my wife Carol and our son Tom. I also travel to surf and I enjoy working on my horror comic book side project.
